The launch of ChatGPT brings sharp focus on the impact of AI. We start building multi-step AI workflows for ourselves and our clients. Some fortuitous decision making means we're early to the AI Agent paradigm that will emerge in coming months.

GiantKelp started with a simple observation: most companies don't need an AI strategy. They need AI that works. While the consulting industry was busy selling transformation roadmaps and innovation workshops, we were in the weeds - building systems, connecting APIs, and shipping working tools that people actually used.
The gap between what AI could do and what organisations were actually doing with it wasn't a knowledge problem. It was an execution problem.
