Users knew the answer was in there somewhere, but getting to it quickly was another matter.
A Search Assistant that Gets to the Point
We built an AI-powered search assistant that sits directly within the toolbox website. Users can ask questions in natural language, and get back clear summaries drawn from the relevant documentation, displayed just above the search results. Behind the scenes, the system intelligently interprets queries, searches across both the main content library and supplementary FAQs, and generates concise answers in real-time.
