Whatever they are working on, they can chat conversationally with the assistant to get back relevant information with source references and documents directly linked. If you need help handling bullying in the workplace, it retrieves the latest policy guidance and recommends the best-practice approach for conflict resolution. And because HR work involves sensitive information, the entire system is closed-circuit - information is processed securely, no data is shared externally, and no conversations are used to train AI models.
